Bio-degradable plastics
All materials are bio-degradable under compost conditions and have excellent comprehensive properties.
Features:
- Excellent bio-degradable performance. Complying with International Standards DIN V 54900-1, EN 13432, ASTM D 6400 and Australian Standard AS4736-2006 over 90% bio-degradtion in 90 days under compost condition.
- Good mechanical properties, the materials show higher tensile properties than PE. The material films give similar performances as PE films at the same thickness. Easy film blowing performance, the material film bubble is stable and no additional air cooling is needed. The thickness of films blown can be less than 0.01 mm.
- Under the usual condition, the materials can be used and stored for more than 1 year, much longer than thermaplastical starch, with excellent high thermal sealing stength and no slip additives.
- Unlimited applications, the materials can be produced into shopping bags, garbage bags, packaging and industrial films, materials can be printed directly without corona process.
